SR SUNTOUR North America approached us to work on breathing new life into their online presence.

We joined forces with their team to create a industry leading warranty claims management service app, cutting edge OEM ordering system and a custom Shopify online storefront.

Going a few years back, our relationship with SR SUNTOUR began with expanding their online sales with a new e-commerce website.

Upon the huge success and loads of positive feedback from their customers, we looked into taking the next steps towards a more streamlined set of tools in other areas of their business.

We identified that for many of their OEM and dealership vendors, a tough part of the process was service, repair, and warranty claims management.

Having a wealth of knowledge on the fork manufacturing process to draw from, we were able to create a robust system for managing these sorts of claims. These optimized systems and processes improved the productivity of the SR SUNTOUR North America staff ten-fold.

Now, we’re taking our existing work further with a completely new build out of our initial web application. The focus is creating a solution that is scalable to handle service centers all over the world. This new application comes hot on the heels of a bigger redesign of the global SR SUNTOUR web presence.

In the mix, we rebuilt the Shopify store with a fresh new look based on styles and rules we established using a comprehensive digital guideline.

This guide was created by working alongside our international counterparts at SR SUNTOUR to document and establish a baseline for a cohesive style across all platforms. With these guidelines in hand, we are hard at work building the next iteration of the online SR SUNTOUR service and warranty application.
